Good afternoon, After our chat on the phone yesterday I would like to proceed with an appraisal for our property. We are interested in putting the property up for sale over the next month or so as we are ready to downsize and move to a smaller house in preparation for retirement. As requested here is an outline of the property: Our property is 20 acres, in good condition and is currently running as a hobby farm. We have a couple of cows and chooks and have an agistment agreement for a couple of horses in one of the paddocks.
