Good evening I am currently in a Course titled Organizational Dynamics and Human Behavior. I have project I am working on where I am to give a five minute presentation on my perceptions of the organizational culture existing in my company. Below is what the assignment is:

Your CEO has asked you to make a presentation to her Board of Directors on your perceptions of the organizational culture existing in your company. The CEO is a big supporter of the key elements of an ethical culture (be visible, communicate ethical expectations, provide ethical training, reward ethical acts, provide protective mechanisms) cited by Robbins and Judge, 2017, p. 544, and would like you to frame your five minute presentation accordingly.

1. What are the key dimensions of our organizational culture that make us ethical and successful?
2. How does our organization help to foster this culture?
3. Are there any drawbacks to our organizational culture that prevent us from being as ethical and successful as we could be? If so, in what situations?
4. What kinds of training programs do we need to build a more positive/ethical culture?

My question is what does this mean as far as being visible as a key element in an ethical culture? And what are key dimensions that would make a culture ethical?
