1. What policies, if any, should governments use to aid economic recovery from the pandemic?

I am inclined talk about fiscal policy as a way to redistribute the wealth and to control government expenditures, but I am a bit stuck as how I should structure my answer or even if I should consider more policies e.g., monetary. Are you able to guide me in the right direction?
