I have some questions to answer. I need to know which USC PROVIDE +EXPLINATION about each question if possible.

1- What's the penalty for illegal possession of a Schedule IV substance? How about the illegal possession of a Schedule V substance?

2- What's the penalty for someone who uses the Internet to distribute a date rape drug to any person, knowing or with reasonable cause to believe that the drug will be either used in the commission of criminal sexual conduct or the person is not an authorized purchaser?

3- Find the National Sex Offender Registry statute. Who maintains the database?

4- Lookup 34 USC 20901. What is Congress desiring to do here? a. What is the definition of a "sex offender" under the Act? What does the statute say about offenses about consensual sexual conduct?

5- What is the punishment for someone who fails to register under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act ("SORNA")?

6- What's the penalty for someone who knowingly sells or possesses with the intent to sell any child pornography that has been mailed in interstate commerce? a. Why does the phrase "interstate commerce" appear in the statute?

7- Can a person who has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions be sold a firearm? How about a person who has not been convicted of a crime, but is currently under indictment for a crime of fraud punishable by 5 years in prison?

a. Can a juvenile possess a handgun? Are there any circumstances under which a juvenile can possess a handgun and not run afoul of federal criminal law?

8- What's the penalty for a person who attempts to defraud any health care benefit program like Medicaid?

9- Look up the Wild Exotic Bird Conservation Act. What does the statute outlaw? Does the statute tell us the actual names of Wild Exotic Birds? If so, where? If not, how can we find the list of names?
