It has to be done for El Paso, Texas; it can't be another place since it has to be where you live. Let's pretend you have $2,000 a month to spend on rent. Be sure there is at least one apartment complex and home on your list. Compare the three properties, listingthe pros and cons. Consider advantages or disadvantages related to the number of bedrooms,location, amenities, and total floor space. Which rental property would you choose based on your findings and why?
