Good time managment is so key but is not always easy. Some strategies that were listed in the article that have really helped me are in the areas of planning and organizimng my schedule. Reviewing my current schedule and identifying things that I can cut out and the things that I cannot is super helpful. Then from there I prioritize the things that are most important first and I use that as a template for my day and how I manange my time
