The following are the monthly government share in relation to payroll: Retirement and Life Insurance premiums - P17,150; PhilHealth Contribution - P22,250; Pag-IBIG Contribution - P11950; and Employees Compensation Insurance Premiums- P11,750. Every June of each year, government employees are given a clothing allowance for a total of P350,000.13th month pay is a legal requirement so the government includes this on the May 15th pay of its employees.
