Government do makeefforts to determine what people need and tell them how, where, or when the services will help those targeted. Should there be more effort to make services more accessibleto the public or are current taxes spent on researching the target audience and promoting the services enough? Don't forget things like: state parks, family counseling,government auctions for seized property,and county agriculture extension agencies.
