Grady must think there isn't any risk associated with the decision the addition of the indoor soccer field, although high risk, will create high financial returns for the business the soccer field conversion is a high-risk decision, and the low returns he expects from it will be worthwhile the conversion of the indoor soccer field is low risk, but will produce high financial returns
