My cognitive reserve is that I have albitite to improvise and find alternate way of getting a job done. I have the capacities to solve problem. Cognitive reserve is developed through lifelong learning and staying curious. In base on my own experience we develop think around age 30 and there is a very subtle decline with age. For example: When I was 19 years old I have long term memories now I have 29 year old and I am felt that I have short term memories The education contribute to cognitive development because it can increases in cognitive performance over time. One thing that I can do to improve cognitive reserve is continues learn as new language, traveling a new place, play a new activities , and draw. there are a few cognitive program that it is very effective brain health and cognitive fitness programs which are diet, exercise regularly , get enough sleep, manage your stress and continue to challenge your brain.

What has been your experience with death and dying? Have you lost close friends or family? How have these losses influenced your own life? What does it mean to grieve? What is the process like?

When I was a child, my best friend died for domestic violence. I was feeling so sad for her because she did not say anything because she was loved her husband because her husband had a lot money she had to support him. In my country is very normal that men and women fight. I was seen him with another women and I think that he was control her through physical, sexual, or emotional abuse. She got married very young and she did not finish her high school, she did not work. This situation influences me not to be dependent to know one in order to grow. I have to work to be success in life.
