Submissions will be assumed to be approved by all group members unless otherwise communicated with the professor.Choose RolesIn addition to helping answer the question and creating the presentation, each individual in your group will play one of these roles to support the process:Team Facilitator oGoal of the role: like a leader, the team facilitator organizes the team and project. Identify thedecision-making procedure will your group useto divide the work and to make choices(e.g. majority vote/ consensus). Accountability Name a percent or agraderange that all members agree to aim for. Describe what will your group do if a member misses the deadline or hands in incomplete or poor-quality work. Explain howyour groupwillhandle a member who is not making sufficient effort. How will you try to prevent this from occurring? Consequencesand Documentation From time to time, situations arise where some group members may faceconsequences for breaking the team contract. Team members must be able to provide documentation to enforce consequencesof the team contract.Failure to communicate with the team or contribute anything to the collaborative process will result in an individual earning a grade of zero for a section of the GroupAssignment.Your professor reserves final judgement over all grades. As a group, decide in advance whichbehaviourswillresult in the following consequences. Give at least 1-3 examples for each.
