GSB student representatives are organizing a tax preparation system. They expect toreceive 100 students, coming to the system within 4 hours at a constant rate.The process consists of a check-in station, where there is a single server that takes 2minutes to decide whether the student has all the information needed to fill out theforms or not. From previous experience, they know that 80% will be OK, and then,they will go to one of the analysts to complete the tax forms.
