Having an awareness of your strengths and weaknesses allows you to actively build on your strengths and reflect on your weak points, so that you can communicate and collaborate effectively with others, and excel in your job. During an interview for a new role, questions often revolve around these areas.

For this activity submission, imagine that you are being interviewed for a role in your organisation or another organisation. The questions below will allow you to practise your interview skills in preparation for future employment or career advancement as a compliance practitioner.
