This would allow Hai to realize his dream of becoming a taxi driver.

After agreeing, Hailey changed her mind and told Hai she would not sell- she wanted to continue to drive her taxi for a living. Hai tried for several months to find another taxi operating license holder who would sell to him, but there was no one.

Hai sued Hailey for breach of contract. What Hai really wanted to was not damages (money), but instead the taxi vehicle and license as agreed in the contract.
