Hannibal wants to sell his van. Baracus wants to bexy a van and responds to Hannibal's ad in the newspaper. Baracus is very concerned about whether the van has ever been involved in an accident and Hannibal assures him that it has not. Baracus is relieved, and the two negotiate a price and finalize the sale. A few months later Baracus is driving the van when he is involved in an auto accident. He is unhurt, but the van needs repairs. He takes the van to a mechanic who informs him that, based on his observations, the van had been in at least two prior accidents. Baracus is angry at Hannibal and wants rim held accountable, but he also wants to keep the van, because it runs very well. What can Baracus do to accomplish this? Baracus can enforce the contract and sue Hannibal for damages. Baracus has no options. A contract based on fraud is invalid because fraud negates a sincere meeting of the minds. Baracus has no legal options. All he can do is say rude things about Hannibal on social media. Baracus can rescind the contract
