Hans Heidelberger died testate. He owned a considerable amount of property and made specific legacies and devices to numerous relatives and friends. However, his will had no residue clause. In the will, Hans specifically disinherited by name his only two children. A number of very valuable stock certificates and bonds that Hans owned were not included as gifts in the will. Answer and explain the following:

1. Through what process and to whom will the valuable stop some bonds be distributed?
2. Since Hans specifically stated that his two children were not to receive any of his state, does that provision of the will bar them from receiving and interest in the stocks and bonds? See Ferguson v. Croom, 73 N.C. App. 316, 326 S.E. 2^nd 373 (1985).
