Happy loves to play golf at Tiger Sky Golf and Country Resort Hotel ("Tiger Sky Resort") in Cameron Highlands on weekends. He always stays in Calypso Hotel because it is cheaper than Tiger Sky Resort. He has been doing that for the last 2 years. However last weekend, he decided to stay at Tiger Sky Resort for a change and went out for an early dinner at 6:00pm. When Happy returned to his room two hours later, he was shocked to find that his room had been ransacked. Happy's expensive leather briefcase had been scratched badly using a sharp metal knife. His golf clubs had been stolen. When he demanded for compensation, the Tiger resort manager refused to entertain his request by citing a notice pinned on the wall inside his hotel room: "The management of this hotel will not hold themselves responsible for any missing or damaged articles belonging to guests, 7 however caused." The same statement was also printed in font size 10 on the reservation form that Happy filled up before he booked into Tiger Sky Resort
