Three weeks vacation. Paid lunch break. Skill training for full time employees. Internal promotion. Higher pay for Overtime. Key Concepts: 1. Negotiation - Both sides need to come to an agreement that is beneficial for both sides. 2. Collective Bargaining - The process of negotiation between union and management to reach an agreement. 3. Grievance Procedure - The procedure spelled out in a collective agreement for resolving disputes. Scenario: 1.
