Harry, Maria and Jack are the directors of Bright Star Ltd, a company specialising in discovery and marketing of new music talent which can then lead to recording contracts being issued. Harry is the managing director and is required by the Articles of Association to bring any significant new music proposals to the Board, for the Board as a whole to consider.

Amy meets Harry and they discuss her idea for the recording of some new songs that she and her girl band have put together. Harry indicates that Bright Star Ltd has no interest in taking up this opportunity as it is currently overwhelmed by new talent and lacks the capital to expand its business. Amy leaves disappointedly and starts to seek out some other opportunities.

The following day Harry contacts her to say that his own company, Harry Entertainment Ltd, would be very interested in signing up Amy and her band to record and distribute their new music album. The album is a great success and Harry Entertainment Ltd makes a considerable profit.
