The Sanctuary and the client will enter into a contract Day Care Group and individual therapy 6 days per week Family therapy Holistic/ complementary therapies All interventions validated by research Residential Rehabilitation Supported accommodation provided Independence & self care is taught Accommodation is a large comfortable renovated 17 bedroom house. Clients supported by a staff of support workers Semi-Independent living is also available comprising of 12 flats. Family Therapy Addiction affects not only the addict but family and friends. Our family programme helps family and friends learn about addiction and its effects Family therapy offers support with people who share similar experiences. Family therapy targets self-sustaining change in the family environment Resettlement Aims to equip clients with skills they need to live an independent life by a pick & mix choice of:- advice, information, training, work experience and workshops to develop their skills and self-confidence Two year post rehabilitation support programmes Clients can attend weekly aftercare programmes or gain peer support to deal with the stresses and strains of living in the community. Supported Accommodation 12 Units of Supported Semi-independent accommodation available These units are for clients that have graduated the programme but still need support before making the step to full independence. Clients will be able to access support from the Centre during their stay which can be up to 6 months Care Pathway within detox Day 1 Admission to Unit. Service User is met by Peer Supporter and Nurse Consultation with Doctor. Drug & Alcohol Screening. Medication Commencement Motivational one to one session. Affirmation of future goals. Peer Supporter present. Complimentary therapy session Care plan & relaxation. Peer Support present Nutritional needs and diet plan. Day 2 onwards Morning: complementary therapy, small motivational group or one to one. Afternoon: Doctor's appointment, nutritional group, one to one, complimentary therapy or resettlement team visit. The above is determined upon individual needs. All clients will receive daily complimentary therapy sessions. Resettlement will develop an immediate action plan to address any issues of concern to an individual such as housing, debts and family
