Have an idea in mind,but need some assistance. I would like to create an Excel VBA program where multiple people can enter certain data , and when that data gets submitted it triggers a lock to open. What kind of equipment/ tools would I need to create a lock that can work with Excel, if possible? Is something like this even possible? If, yes can you explain how you would do it. I am trying to control access to a cabinet where instruments are stored, and I feel like an Excel program may work,but I need to know if it is possible and how to create a lock to work with Excel that triggers the lock to open.
