Each member of the group should participate in the presentation. If students are making virtual presentations, they should keep their cameras on for the duration of the presentation The team leader will upload their presentation slides BEFORE the presentation. You will present your project charter to your peers in class (face-to-face presentation). You will want to include the following components in your presentation. Project Charity organization background Project background Benefits of the project to Charity organization and University/Team Project objectives (SMART objectives) Project Life cycle phases Major deliverables - high level deliverables (WBS) Summary schedule - (Gantt Chart) Summary budget - High-level Project Milestones RACI - Key Stakeholders- Interests and concerns Acceptance criteria Retrospective and lesson learned All team members should be prepared to answer questions about the details of the Project Charter.
