he challenges leaders face when building a corporate entrepreneurship culture in my previous organization. Despite managers knowing how to influence a culture of innovation and creativity, they didn't focus on it. Leaders must structure a corporate entrepreneurship culture to support business growth and employee development effectively. The main points I learned from my assignment are to counsel and mentor employees, provide opportunities, and award and recognize employees.
Since new corporate ventures are often unclear and consequently present a degree of uncertainty, counseling employees helps provide clear guidance and expectations. Developing practical employee counseling sessions could help employers establish a reputation for caring for their employees. Employee counseling has several advantages for workers, including better performance, higher output, happier jobs, and lower absenteeism. Above all, there will be an increase in staff morale. As a result, each of these could raise revenue for a company and enhance the general business operations managed by staff members in an organization. This also contributes to employee development and identifies workplace issues that affect their productivity.
