he has integrity and it could lead to the company promoting him or giving him a shining review for college and future jobs. This ethical dilemma impacts every single person that might buy a milkshake with the contaminated product. It impacts the company if anybody finds out they knowingly let this occur it could put them out of business. It also affects all the employees and the management but what they decide could cost them their jobs. If this were me, I would absolutely refuse to do it even if I got fired. I would report the issue to upper management if Paul, the manager would not reconsider doing the right thing. I would offer to work overtime to run the mix through with the filters even if it took longer until I could talk to upper management and see what they wanted done. They might choose to throw out the entire mix and not take chances. I would also suggest that all the ingredients be stored in air tight containers instead of bags to ensure this problem didn't happen in the future
