• Using a healthcare organization of your choice, such as your local hospital, a doctor's office, health insurance agency, etc., 4-5 pages that addresses the following:
  • Identify the organization's mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
  • Describe the organization's management structure (i.e. centralization vs. decentralization, formal vs. informal, departmentalization, etc.).
  • Select and describe one leadership theory and one motivational theory that you believe would be beneficial when leading the organization.
  • Discuss the Control function of management using the balanced scorecard as a model for your organization.
