At this point, they had already started using one of two bottles.Steven accepted that Heather had not been fully trained; and he did not blame her, but instead told her of the circumstances, and also developed a new purchasing policy.Steven now must write a claim letter, attempting to persuade the toner company, Copy Machine Specialists, to reconcile the problem you feel they caused.
