Hellenic Petroleum does not want Hector to know that it is the principal or that Achilles is its agent. Hellenic Petroleum wants the land to deposit nuclear waste, and believes that Hector may not sell the land for that purpose, or may demand a premium price if he knows that Hellenic Petroleum is the buyer. Achilles makes the purchase on August 8th, signing only his name to the contract as the buyer and not disclosing to Hector the agency relationship. Hector signs the contract on the same day. The transfer of the deed is to occur on September 1st. Hector learns of Hellenic Petroleum's identity on August 15th. Can Hector legally refuse th deed the property on September 1st? Please explain
