The Wellness Center is planning to add Yoga to its physical therapy core business, either incorporated into therapy treatment or as a separate and distinct offering. In addition to services offered at the center's main location, therapists are also sent as part of a contract arrangement to nursing homes for offsite physical therapy. They need an IMC plan for both current and new clientele.
