one of my course is LW110 ( Law and Society).

I have an assignment and I have given a scenario to work on. Below is how i am going to work on this essay and using IRAC method. But since i mentioned that this is my first year i really don't know to start or write following this method and talking about these perspectives.

You are the Chief Justice of Pacifica. You have been asked to make a decision on the matter.

Discuss: the different perspectives of law, how each perspective applies to the matter and the consequences of applying each perspective to the case; which perspective you are applying and why; and how justice has been achieved through your judgment.
