We are Customer Care Managers with the City of Orlando and are interested in discussing the services that you may be able to provide regarding training materials. We are seeking the design and creation of a training program focused on conflict resolution and customer negotiation strategies. This will enable our 120 customer representatives to gain skills to provide excellent customer service to the public, including when faced with a difficult issue to resolve.
