This is a use case scenario for a hospital system.

Purpose of this scenario is making an appointment.

Basic Flow:

1) Patient enters the system.

2) Patient is required to enter their registered account.

3) Patient logs into the account registered in the system.

4) Patient selects Make an appointment button.

5) Patient sees the branches list.

6) Patient selects the branch.

7) Patient sees the list of hospitals and their addresses that have the selected branch.

8) Patient selects the hospital.

9) Patient sees the doctors, their information, comments, ratings thanks to the database.

10) Patient selects the doctor.

11) Calendar system displays the available dates of the doctor.

12) Patient selects a date.

13) Patient confirms the appointment.

14) Fulfillment system sends the patient a PNR and appointment details.

15) Fulfillment system notifies patient that appointment is successfully made.

Alternate Flows:

2A. If the patient does not have a registered account, he/she is sent to the system registration page.

3A. If the patient entered the username or password incorrectly, they are asked to re-enter.

4A. If the patient has already had an existing appointment system asks the patient if he/she would like to cancel the existing appointment, change the existing appointment or continue to make new appointment.

4A1. Patient is sent to the change appointment page.

4A2. Patient is sent to the cancel appointment page.

4A3. Patient continues the process.

8A. If there is no available doctor at the selected hospital, he/she is sent to the select hospital page and asked to re-select the hospital.

11A. If the patients desired appointment times do not match the doctors available date and time, patient clicks reselect doctor button, he/she is sent to select doctor page and asked to re-select the doctor.
