Hello Class,

I was hoping that someone might be able to help me. I was completing my study plan and came across a problem that you have to graph considering the transformations of a given function.

So I understand that the first three means that the graph needs to be vertically shrunk and the -3 means that it needs to vertically be shifted down. However, I keep getting the graph wrong because I am unsure on how to enter the vertical shrink value. Can anyone help? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
