Identify two internal and two external factors influencing the strategy (either positive or not) of your workplace's mission. (You may select a different organization of focus if you are not currently employed or choose not to focus on your workplace, but a real organization must be selected.) Offer your theory and method as to why these influences are powerful and how they can be eliminated or enhanced.
