Hello everyone, For this week's discussion I am going to choose option 1 to discuss. Transformational leadership is when leaders are more engaged with their subordinates. In transformational leadership, leaders are making sure subordinates are achieving their goals and tasks and doing what they can to help them reach goals and complete what is needed. Transformational leaders are "hands-on" leader. There are four different behaviors with transformational leadership. Charisma, Inspirational motivation, Intellectual stimulation, and Individualized consideration. Charisma - This behavior is when a leader shares the vision and mission with their subordinates. This behavior is important because it gives a wider look to subordinates for their "why" and what they are or should be working towards for the corporation. It's a way for leaders to build pride, respect, and trust with their subordinates. Inspirational motivation - This behavior is when a leader sets their expectations and goals for their subordinates for subordinates, these are typically important. Leaders will also use this to help subordinates with current and future tasks to have more meaning and drive motivation. Intellectual stimulation - This behavior leaders drive their subordinates to think and innovate. Leaders push for problem solving and even challenge the subordinates and help them to understand their tasks. This allows for subordinates to understand how their work fits into the organization and
