I$\text{'}$m from Canada, and I've always been fascinated by technology and its impact on our daily lives. My background is in IT support, but I$\text{'}$m looking to transition into a more specialized field within cybersecurity.I decided to take this course because I want to deepen my understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. With the increasing number of cyber threats, I believe it's crucial to be well$-$versed in protecting information systems. My goal is to develop skills in threat detection, risk management, and incident response.By the end of this course, I hope to have a solid foundation in cybersecurity that I can apply to my current job and future career opportunities.
