You are negotiating with your team member Jason about who is going to do what portion of your current team project. Jason is a friend, and you want to keep the relationship intact. For reasons you don't understand, he seems obsessed with taking charge of the project and completing the most important parts of the project himself. As the project leader, you are very invested in this project and are not ready to allow Jason to take control of the project; however, you do want to work with him and his expertise.
