I am hoping to get some help with a Quality Process Implementation Review Plan. I am needing to address number of dot points and I feel I am hitting a wall. Can someone please give pointers or more information on what each of the points should contain, examples of what to say?

a. Determine quality requirements: i. How did you collaborate with others to determine quality objectives for the project? ii. What methods, tools or techniques did you use to resolve quality issues with stakeholders? iii. How did you allocate quality roles and support quality requirements with each of your stakeholders? Provide your reasoning for the roles you have allocated. iv. How can the quality requirements you set for the project be used as a basis for performance measurement?

b. Implement quality processes: i. How did you evaluate project processes? ii. How did you undertake quality control during the project to ensure continuous improvement? iii. How will you ensure the accurate and timely recording of quality audit data? iv. Provide a completed status report for the project.

c. Implement project quality improvements: i. How will you determine the effectiveness of quality management processes and procedures? ii. What are the quality benchmarks you have set for each of the project deliverables (attach the WBS for the project)? iii. How will you document lessons learned from the project? iv. What improvements will you make to managing project quality in your next project? v. Provide an action plan for the implementation of improvements.
