Suppose people in your city generally prefer to live close to nerds (!) The bid premium for a nerd household is B(N) = N², where N = number of nerd households. The bid premium for non-nerd households is b(N) = 8*N. Each neighborhood accommodates 12 households. The bid premium curves of the nerds and non-nerds are shown as follows (the graph is attached)
