Hello, I have a question regarding a 0% bond amortization table.

It's effective rate is at 6% and I am trying to calculate the PV of the bond each year for 10 years manually to see if it lines up with my calculations, however it only comes close by the final period.

I am trying to match the PV of bond calculation for the last period to the value I calculated, which is$358,172,603.38, but it is off. Please help, I don't understand what I did wrong. I attached a file with my work as reference.
