Hello, I have two situations that I need to analyze. Please analyze with not only short answers please.

1) Linda wants to sue a company for making her sick. I must incorporate who has jurisdiction over the case and where she should sue.

2) Mike wanting to wear a shirt at work that had wording on it that the employer said he can't wear. Also, he wanted to violate a curfew that was set.
