I just finished off a 16oz cup of coffee. That equals about 190mg of caffeine (probably more than that as I tend to brew my coffee pretty strong). For the sake of this equation, we will say C=190mg

My equation to find how much caffeine is left in my system after 2 hours would be:

A=190(0.5)^2/5.7

=190(0.784107)

=148.98

So after ingesting 190mg of caffeine and waiting 2 hours leaves 148.98mg of caffeine left in my system. That is only true if I didn't start a second cup within those 2 hours which is highly unlikely.
