Hello I need to make a Flowchart about a Degree Audit module

This is the instruction:

*Two Textbars will be provided to enter either the student name or the student ID.

*A Search button will be provided which will read either option and retrieve the student information.

*The name Textbar will bring a list of names.

** Upon clicking on the audit on the main menu the faculty will be redirected to the degree audit module where two textbox and a search button will be provided.

** Upon entering a name of a student a list of similar names followed by the students last name will also be provided.

*** If the faculty enters the student ID the information will retrieve the desired student directly, no list will be provided.

*** If a wrong ID is entered such as an invalid number or missed number a pop up will appear explaining the error.
