Hello, I really need help, I need to make an ideal city by answering these questions:

1. How will you establish a sacredness of place? What will your city be associated with? A university, museum, soccer stadium, etc? What will bring tourists to the cities and what will the residents in the city identify with?
2. How will you establish a viable economy? What will be the major source of income in your city? Real estate, manufacturing, tourism? Can your residents get everything they want in your city? If not, where would they get it?
3. What kind of housing will your city have? This will be determined by your population. Will you have high rise, single and double occupancy houses or other forms of housing? Will your city have affordable housing or will all housing be market rate?
4. What will be the major modes of transportation? Will your city be designed around the automobile or some form of mass transit? Will other forms of transportation be available?
5. What kind of people will live in your city? Is it open to all people or will it be restricted to certain groups? How will you build a sense of community?
6. What form of government will your city have? Will it follow the US model democracy or will you introduce a synthesis of other models to make it an ideal city
