I would someone to help guide me in a good direction for a problem statement. I am in a doctoral program in which my professor keep rejecting my PS. I have supporting references however, it is just not good enough.

My topic is Managerial Turnover. If there is someone of GREAT EXPERTISE in this area of research, please support me in this journey.
