Facts: Lisa orders a dress suit from Mary's store. They discuss that Lisa would like the dress suit in a size 12. After purchasing the items, Lisa discovers that the dress suit has blue lining instead of white. Lisa had it made to wear to a white themed birthday party. There is a sign at the counter that says the store "accepts no responsibility for breach of any warranty".

Is Mary responsible for Lisa's dress suit being the wrong color?

Not sure if you can help with the whole answer. I imagine it is a warranty because the lining is blue (not the suit), and she is not responsible because of the exclusion clause?
