Hello,
Just a note to say thanks for all your assistance with MBSE. Since I got trained on our modeling tools, I have become the modeling MBSE SME around here!
As I previously mentioned, the Lead System Engineer (LSE) is really focused on managing risks. He directed me to generate a Risk Management Plan (RMP) for our new system's entire life-cycle. I found an RMP from a similar project we executed last year and built a good draft for the LSE and PM to review. Or so I thought - now I have a problem.
The LSE and PM both said that my RMP "lacked an adequate perception of the identified risks." They seem to think who is affected by a risk is just as important as the impact and probability of occurrence.
I would appreciate it if you would send me a paragraph or two to help me understand why risk perception is relevant to managing risks. I could also use a little advice about how to collect the information I need to understand how my stakeholders perceive risks.
Thanks
