My assignment is about change management ,

I have to search for critiques ( Pros & Cons ) for each of these 3 models & get a case study for each if possible .

1- Kotter's 8 Steps Process model

2- Mckiney 7 model

3- ADKAR model

I'm struggling with the finding the right academic sources , Can you please help me by sending me some academic articles and books .
