Hello! SO, I have an assignment on market entry. I have chosen Popeyes as the brand that is entering the Mauritian market. I need to talk about the economic environment analysis, socio-cultural analysis (Need to analyse from a diverse socio-cultural perspective), political and legal (analysis must be made on understanding of concepts and methpds), country competitiveness analysis, industry competitiveness analysis, and decide about the entry and its mode( must analyse pros and cons of each mode of entry).
