Hello!

This is a question about optimization and Lagrange.

I have a function:F(c_1,c_2) where:c10,c20

I have a budget constraint and a constraint for maximum amount to borrow.

How can i check these cases to see if they can produce candidates for a critical point to the problem?

I was thinking maybe i could set up cases for:

c1=0,c2=0

c1>0,c2=0

c1=0,c2>0

c1>0,c2>0

Is this the correct way? Or is the cases supposed to be set up by setting the derivative for each constraint to 0 ?
