• It is estimated that the speed at which cars travel on the road is a normal random variable with an average of 110 kilometers per hour with a population standard deviation = 18. If you put a sensor to measure the speed on the road of 200 cars and you get an average of 108 km / hr, test the hypothesis that = 110 with a level of significance = 0.05.

• can you please explain what does it mean a Normal variable?
